you will be very pleased with Frank and his family and threatment you get at a time in your life when you need it the most, their attention to detail takes the biggest burden off your shoulders, Frank has taken care of all of our family funerals and exactly for the reasons stated above, i didn't think it could be any better but now with his son in the business with him i see this family headed for generations to come, thank you Frank for helping my family , the burdens taken off our family were immense God Bless you and your family. Tacky and tasteless. Asked for payment up front while were 150 miles out by car (we didn't know this when we started out on our trip) At graveside in front of priest even, claimed that casket was cheaper veneer version than used for another family member although the funeral home that embalmed the deceased cited model numbers were exact and the price had not changed in 9 years (that means Henney overcharged us 9 years ago). Would NEVER recommend this group.

I have nothing but great things to say about Heath's. They have service my family for years! They make you feel at ease, and go over and beyond for your needs! I would lime to thank Matt Heath for what he did for me in my time of need with my fathers passing! I can't tell you what that meant for me!

8/2/13 I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. Communication between Schleifer and my family was poor. Schleifer would only speak with family regarding decisions if confronted. He thought that he should speak with the deceased's friend for decision making. Plus, I am still waiting for a corrected death certificate from 4/26/13 due to Ted Schleifer's error and he is doing nothing to try and expedite things so my aunt can get what is due to her, but Schleifer made sure he was paid upfront for his services (if that is what you want to call them.) My advice is to stay clear of this funeral home and director.
