Foley did my friend Tim Hearn in July 2010 and it was the worst ever . He should have never let the casket be open . he should be ashamed of himself even being a funeral director

Although my mother pre-planned her funeral, there were still a few decisions to be made. I'm pleased to say that Tim McLoone of Huff and Lakjer immediately put me and my husband at ease, and that everything concerning the memorial went just as smoothly as we hoped. I feel very confident in recommending Huff and Lakjer to anyone in need of such services.

you will be very pleased with Frank and his family and threatment you get at a time in your life when you need it the most, their attention to detail takes the biggest burden off your shoulders, Frank has taken care of all of our family funerals and exactly for the reasons stated above, i didn't think it could be any better but now with his son in the business with him i see this family headed for generations to come, thank you Frank for helping my family , the burdens taken off our family were immense God Bless you and your family. In reply to Joe Browne's complaint---Joe--We are sorry that you feel this way and understand your being upset. However, a funeral director can only advise a family on closing a casket. We cannot force a family to say yes to a closed casket. We are not ashamed of our work-we go farther than most would. We advise a family, but CANNOT force them to make a decision. We do what the family asks us to do after we have made our recommendations. We hope that your heart can rest in the fact that Tim is at peace.

I have been to several viewings at this FH. I have been horrified at how bad the deceased looked. Whoever is preparing these bodies needs more experience/education. I was there this week for a viewing and the mother of the deceased was horrified by the appearance of her son. You are devasting families and friends by the bad prepartion of the bodies. Please do something about this. It is very sad,
