I have been to several viewings at this FH. I have been horrified at how bad the deceased looked. Whoever is preparing these bodies needs more experience/education. I was there this week for a viewing and the mother of the deceased was horrified by the appearance of her son. You are devasting families and friends by the bad prepartion of the bodies. Tacky and tasteless. Asked for payment up front while were 150 miles out by car (we didn't know this when we started out on our trip) At graveside in front of priest even, claimed that casket was cheaper veneer version than used for another family member although the funeral home that embalmed the deceased cited model numbers were exact and the price had not changed in 9 years (that means Henney overcharged us 9 years ago). Would NEVER recommend this group.
