My family had a terrible experience at the J Allen Hooper Funeral Home. Calls and e-mails were rarely returned, even to answer the most simple questions. The person helping us actually complained to us that he was overworked. My grandmother looked terrible at the viewing and the makeup was literally cracking off of her hands. I know it was not "her" but we ended up deciding to close the casket because they did such a terrible job. I would avoid this one at all costs.

you will be very pleased with Frank and his family and threatment you get at a time in your life when you need it the most, their attention to detail takes the biggest burden off your shoulders, Frank has taken care of all of our family funerals and exactly for the reasons stated above, i didn't think it could be any better but now with his son in the business with him i see this family headed for generations to come, thank you Frank for helping my family , the burdens taken off our family were immense God Bless you and your family. Foley did my friend Tim Hearn in July 2010 and it was the worst ever . He should have never let the casket be open . he should be ashamed of himself even being a funeral director
