Walt is an amazing and very sympathic man. He handles everything with compassion and sympathy. He is simply amazing at putting your mind to ease and helping to walk you through what is surely to be called one of the roughest times of your life. Did service for a close relative at there new location near warrensville,Ohio. Building is nice and clean, but disappointed on employees followed up with family about further business once my loved one was in the ground and all checks cashed. They could do a lot better with their customer service.

I would never think of using anyone else. This is the third time we have used Evans. They are the greatest most compassionate people. I don.t know what we would have done without them after the tragic death of our son Dan. All you have to do is tell them what you want and its done. Thanks Melanie, Dwight and your entire staff...Craig & Bette
