Did service for a close relative at there new location near warrensville,Ohio. Building is nice and clean, but disappointed on employees followed up with family about further business once my loved one was in the ground and all checks cashed. They could do a lot better with their customer service.

TLPickens Mortuary Services has been there for our family in some of our worst moments. The loss my grandmother, Omega Williams. The sudden deaths of my cousin Darian Clark and dear friend Elaine Wright. Almost unable to focus, Mr.Pickens was outstanding with all the arrangements. I can't thank him enough for all he has done.

I was very impressed with the professional services provided for my family, and the services rendered to my deceased aunt Carolyn Davis on April 5, 2014. The facility is beautiful and the service was excellent ..it made our family transition a lot more comforting during this difficult time. And on behalf of my family I would like to say thank you very much.
