We had a horrible experience. We were given false and misleading information. I actually had to educate the young funeral director on the facts of Social Security as he was confused to the law. After they changed the amount on the invoice, they actually told me that they were sorry that it was confusing for me. Believe me, I am not confused. They are greedy and shady.

She is still with you; she has just changed her address. May God strengthen all of you at this time of sorrow.r
