All services were paid up front, but as of Jan, 2013, still no stone, Woman was very rude and insensitive, when I could finally get past their answering service, saying it was MY fault for not saying where the site was! Larry saw it, he was there! The woman said I had to call the stone engraver myself-wasn't that their job?
