Funeral Home Reviews
Osage City, Kansas
The funeral home was great but I would not use the florist link on this page to FloristOne. They never delivered the flowers to this funeral home and they never delivered the flowers to the family's home after I called and told them they weren't delivered.

In reply to Joe Browne's complaint---Joe--We are sorry that you feel this way and understand your being upset. However, a funeral director can only advise a family on closing a casket. We cannot force a family to say yes to a closed casket. We are not ashamed of our work-we go farther than most would. We advise a family, but CANNOT force them to make a decision. We do what the family asks us to do after we have made our recommendations. We hope that your heart can rest in the fact that Tim is at peace.
