I attended the services of Vicki Pittman yesterday and was very disappointed in your services. With today technology you should have known due to the weather, there will have to be a DELAYED BURIAL. The family should not had to put through that long ride from the church to Washington Memory Gardens walk in the mud and standing water to be told this. The Family entrusted you to make this a less painful experience as possible. But LEAKS & Sons let the family and friends down. I will never use your services or refer you to any one. This was very insensitive on Leaks & Sons!!!!!!!!

My friend wanted a simple no frills send off. Well I suppose that is exactly what she recieved. Parked in a corner of the basement (as in concret floor, pipes and crummy walls). She was a beautiful woman that could at times be excentric in her style. You would never have guessed that by the plane sheet that covered her. The array of headstones that were in the other corner were a nice touch, all that was missing were some spiderwebs and an errie tape in the back ground. There was not even a place to pray! I know that money plays a part, and that some people want simple but this was disrespectful. If they would donate a corner for the poor I would be willing to decorate it in memory of my friend, so no one elses family has to say good bye in such deplorable conditions.

Most obit's have an area where condolences may be sent, however this one is only possible to send flowers. Crass commercialization at the begining and the end I see.

May 13, 2013 was my Dads wake, let me tell ya Dennis could not have made us more comfortable then what he did. He paid attention to all the details, large and small; under the circumstances it is a comfort to have someone looking over these things. We had 90+ attend the wake and many people asked me if we personally knew Dennis and those who worked for him, I said no but that's how they treated all of us.
