Funeral Home Reviews
Jacksonville, Florida
I was very impressed with the professional services provided for my family, and the services rendered to my deceased aunt Carolyn Davis on April 5, 2014. The facility is beautiful and the service was excellent ..it made our family transition a lot more comforting during this difficult time. And on behalf of my family I would like to say thank you very much.

Ocala, Florida
Cunningham Funeral Home in Ocala, Florida provided my family with exemplary service at the time of our loss. They not only provided professional service, most of all they were compassionate, patient, and understanding; they exceeded every expectation. They assisted us with our every need as it pertained to the arrangements for my mother. I highly recommend this funeral home.

Jacksonville, Florida
I can only speak for my own personal experience; our family member died unexpectedly and penniless. Unfortunately, we had to go thru the indigent program for our family member's end of life plans. --This mortuary treated us like less than second class citizens and worthless bums. -- They didn't return phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. Treated us as if they were personally doing us a favor. Paid nearly no attention to details. No empathy, concern or even the slightest bit of professionalism exhibited by the pretentious undertaker who was very aloof and uncaring as well as the administrative assistant who was just down right rude and very defensive and acted as if we were bothering her or taking up her time. -- The mortuary itself, is smelly, dirty and extremely out-dated.
