During a time in need, all we wanted was to be treated with respect when my father passed away. Becky in the main office was rude and very abrasive with my mother when we wanted to pay the bill. She yelled at us so loud that other staff members came out to see what was going on. There was also no privacy kept for our family. We received information from our family friends 5 states away asking about how unhappy we were with the funeral home. They also "forgot" to bring the flowers to the church for the Memorial Mass. We had to delay the mass until someone from the church was able to get the funeral home to bring the flowers that were paid for! Unless you want rude staff members, inconsiderate service and staff that wants to talk about your very personal matters, I would NOT recommend this funeral home!
