We had a horrible experience with this funeral home. My parents bought lots there over 50 years ago when the cemetery and funeral home were one...Palms Memorial...but had since moved away. Trying to make arrangements with them to receive my dad's body and set up a grave side service were ridiculous. Unnecessary stress at a difficult time. Our local funeral director, who was handling the immediate details, was dumbfounded. We have one remaining plot for my mother but will not deal with them again!
