Terrible greedy money makers.
My 21 yr old daughter died and the only concern was selling us two more plots at discount rate. But better her it now or somebody else could buy it and ur daughter would be by a stranger. They pushed my husband to buy two more plots for our daughters who are young and not know what there future is. I paid for a stone after a year of grief just two weeks ago. I paid up front and did not get a discount as promised. Every question I had as BOB was helping me go over my design was "not a good idea" it STILL is sitting on someone's desk not even ordered!
Never ever again. I'm requesting a refund!! They got my 5 thousand and sitting on it!

My Aunt's service was July 3, at Rural Cemetary, at the spot her flatstone was going to be placed. All services were paid up front, but as of Jan, 2013, still no stone, Woman was very rude and insensitive, when I could finally get past their answering service, saying it was MY fault for not saying where the site was! Larry saw it, he was there! The woman said I had to call the stone engraver myself-wasn't that their job? Unpleasant experience, they just don't want to admit their mistake, I talked to other directors who agree with me, as does my attorney. Avoid this place, they just don't care...

Very dissatisfied with the service I received, ordered a headstone for my other was promised the headstone would be ready in 2 months which turned out to be 6 months, called several tea to inquire about headstone he would not answer or return my call had to go to his office and his secretary called him and he answered her call and he had a 101 excuses none acceptable, very dissatisfied.

Wonderful funeral and cremation service. Kind professional staff. Funeral home is a historic home that is immaculate inside and out. 5 star service.
