I went on line to obtain funeral information on Isaac Culver and was very disappointed to not be able to find any information.

Tacky and tasteless. Asked for payment up front while were 150 miles out by car (we didn't know this when we started out on our trip) At graveside in front of priest even, claimed that casket was cheaper veneer version than used for another family member although the funeral home that embalmed the deceased cited model numbers were exact and the price had not changed in 9 years (that means Henney overcharged us 9 years ago). Would NEVER recommend this group.

We recently lost our mother due to complications after an unexpected surgery. What a shock! It was devastating. Anyone who has been through the loss of a loved one knows it is a daunting and overwhelming experience. We were all dreading the trip to the funeral home to start the process of putting mom to rest. However, Barb and the incredible staff at Swan-Law made the experience as painless as possible. The staff was professional, thoughtful and most of all genuine. Yes, guiding you through the process is their job. However, each person we dealt with was sincere, gentle and understanding.
The on-site reception room we opted to use after the memorial was perfect. It was so easy to have guests simply cross the hall to visit and share stories about mom. We were not pressured to use the room, it was simply offered. Barb also suggested a very modest menu that fit our needs perfectly.
My father is so happy with the service and attention we received, he plans on making pre-arrangements for his memorial with Swan-Law's pre-planning service. We shed plenty of tears planning mom's services, but were surprised to also share quite a few smiles and laughs at the same time. I would highly recommend using the Swan-Law for your funeral/memorial needs.

I have never in my life been so DISGUSTED with a business. Absolute lack of class, dignity, honor, and respect! The proprietor made us feel second class - like we were a burden to his busy schedule, and business - rushing through details like we were in line for a burger and fries! He even made us feel like we were holding him up, like what he was doing was a favor for us. How can anyone remain in business without some empathy at a families time of suffering, and need for compassionate patience is beyond me. If I could rate him lower than 1 I would. And parking was terrible.
