Funeral Home Reviews
Morrisville, Pennsylvania
My family had a terrible experience at the J Allen Hooper Funeral Home. Calls and e-mails were rarely returned, even to answer the most simple questions. The person helping us actually complained to us that he was overworked. My grandmother looked terrible at the viewing and the makeup was literally cracking off of her hands. I know it was not "her" but we ended up deciding to close the casket because they did such a terrible job. I would avoid this one at all costs.

We sure would of liked to have given Steve Doocy and family our sympathy as we watch him on Fox News everyday. We now live in Arkansas, moving from White City Kansas 4 years ago.

The funeral home director took money for a tomb stone that he never provided evidence was purchased. My mother wrote a check for 500 and never got the tombstone for my uncle's grave. She trusted the funeral home director. I hope he makes good on the fiduciary agreement.

My wife lost her father last month and they were nothing but EXCELLENT in service and making sure everything went to our plans. I have known them for years....Gary & Randy and knew that was the best place for my Father-in-law to be when the time came......even though it was so short. Thank you Gary, and Michael for the best services/funeral anyone could of asked for for....excellent guys and they really care! Something you don't see alot of now a days. Mike & Kathi Morgan
