I'm so glad that I made the decision of having Anna Bongiovi help us plan and go through the funeral arrangements for my mother. The courtesy, respect and professionalism showed were outstanding to say the least. Although Anna was absent her reflection was on Eve, whom I couldn’t thank enough for making us feel as if my mom were her own. Wayne thank you for greeting our friends and families plus attending to all our needs. From the moment this process started until the end the utmost respect, reverence and care was all that was shown from this funeral home staff. Anthony thank you for taking my mom to her final resting place with such class. Thank you will never be enough to say how appreciative we are and always will be

Did service for a close relative at there new location near warrensville,Ohio. Building is nice and clean,but disappointed on employees followed up with family about further business once my loved one was in the ground and all checks cashed. They could do a lot better with their customer service.

My brother and I chose Desert Memorial to perform our dad's cremation since their reviews were good and their rates were low. We dealt with Kristen Anderson, and we told her to ship our dad's remains to his former Kentucky address only if they could do so prior to his memorial service. Otherwise, she was to refund the shipping charge and provide me with instructions on when and where to pick up my dad's remains.
About two (2) months after my dad's memorial service, Desert Memorial finally conducted my dad's cremation and sent his remains to his former address in Kentucky, without notifying us and against our prior instructions. They only told me about this after I inquired about it. Now, they are attempting to wash their hands of the matter, forcing us to attempt to clean up their mess, so to speak.
I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere, since no one wants to deal with this company's mistakes in addition to the pain of the loss of one's loved one.

Was called in to work on their Generator during hurricane Sandy. Generator is very old and parts would be difficult to find. located parts and found generator has furthr problems that dont warrent going any furthr. Customer does not return phone calls for payment. Made three calls to office and asnwering service keeps giving messages to client. No replies to messages inturn customer is avoiding payment for services provided. Poor business ethics.
