Over the years I've pondered the meaning of trials and sorrow that my loved ones or I have endured. Some believe there are lessons to learn from hardship. I agree. I am astonished by just how unprofessional this funeral home truly is. I'm so glad there are other options in this small town. Compassion, professionalism, and consideration are so important during times that require their services and while attending a funeral I saw and heard the manner in which a dear loved one of the deceased was treated and I still wonder why they haven't reported them or that awful place hasn't been shut down. Not up to par with the kind of funeral home my family uses, I can't see why anyone's family would suffer through their rudeness and coldness.

Believe Mr. Cutmyer is trying to slander the name of a very reputable business for his own personal enjoyment. This is a family owner business who cares about all the families they serve.

My Aunt's service was July 3, at Rural Cemetary, at the spot her flatstone was going to be placed. All services were paid up front, but as of Jan, 2013, still no stone, Woman was very rude and insensitive, when I could finally get past their answering service, saying it was MY fault for not saying where the site was! Larry saw it, he was there! The woman said I had to call the stone engraver myself-wasn't that their job? Unpleasant experience, they just don't want to admit their mistake, I talked to other directors who agree with me, as does my attorney. Avoid this place, they just don't care...
