According to the obituary for Thomas Busack in the Olean Times Herald, online condolences could be left at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com I have been unable to access this site. Very disappointing.

I recently attended a funeral service on a 90 degree day and the funeral director did not provide air conditioning to the family and relatives attending the funeral. When I inquired as to why there was no AC on, the funeral director said it was broken. He further stated why was I asking now when the funeral was coming to a close. His attitude was dismissive and he lied because I felt air coming from one vent located in the entry of the funeral room. I would never recommend this funeral service as their customer service clearly is lacking.
