RUDE - I just called to ask how to get to the FH by train and the person who answered the phone acted like I was an idiot. Not cool.

This by far is one of the worst funeral home I had to deal with. The only day he was nice was when he came by to pick up my grandmother. After the contract was signed he was rude to my family and friends completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I would never EVER recommend this place to anyone and hope he loses business. It is a very difficult time when a family member passes and the people running this funeral home does NOT understand that. I truly hope people read this before choosing this funeral home.
