Don't use them. They have been promising my infant daughter's cremated remains for more than 2 weeks and either don't return calls or promise to call and don't... I took time off of work hoping that I would have her remains before going back based.on their time frame to better cope with the loss and now its time for me to go back..... They were quick to cash the check though!! - ()

The funeral home was great but I would not use the florist link on this page to FloristOne. They never delivered the flowers to this funeral home and they never delivered the flowers to the family's home after I called and told them they weren't delivered. - ()

This funeral home sucks! I paid too much for a cremation here ($1695) and found out I overpaid by almost a $1000. What bothers me the most is the lack of compassion Barry Brewer has. It seemed like it was just business without any heart. The whole funeral home smelled so bad the first time I walked in there that I could hardly breathe. Do yourself a favor and find a different funeral home, because this one is just awful. Overpriced, not compassionate at all and smells horrible. - ()

I have tried for days to sign a guestbook for my friend that passed away. I have gone to every site available and Slay Memorial Funeral Ctr. has no such guestbook available. I called and the director said he would take my name and give to the family. - ()

Mr. Rodney Gibbs, the Director and his staff, were extremely respectful, understanding, and accommodating. I was so impressed by their professionalism, and their efficiency. In today's society, it is a blessing, to have someone treat your unfortunate circumstance with respect and regard, and not as another dollar sign. Thank You Mr. Gibbs, and your staff!! - ()

I am gracious and relieved by the services that you rendered to my family during the passing of my beloved sister Elnora Finney. Thank you seems so little; nevertheless, I could not let this opportunity pass without saying we appreciate your caring touch, which made it easier for us. We were pleased! We will recommend your services to anyone in need your quality service. - ()

When asking Mrs. Cranston a question about my lost loved one, she responded to me, "You people need to get a grip!" Regardless of how many times I had contacted them, (three times in three days) this is NOT something I should hear from a funeral home employee. We will NEVER use them and will be tellling our friends not to either - ()

I am from Florida and my mother passed away in Schenectady, New York. Being from out of state, I was very concerned about who would take care of my mother's remains. I had very little time because I didn't want her in the morgue. I searched and visited many funeral homes in the area and couldn't find what I was looking for, a God based place. I felt that all that I visited were just a business and wasn't sure that my mother would be treated with the respect that she deserved. Finally, God sent me to De Legge Funeral Home. When I rang the door bell a nun answered the door, which I was later told was not the norm. With a warm touch, she held my hand and asked me to come in. I felt that my prayers were answered. Then I met with Mark Laszczynski, who has such a gentle way and understanding of the grief process for the loved ones left behind. He assisted me with the financial aspects and made it very easy. After talking to him about how I would like things done, he immediately left to pick up my mother so that she wasn't left any longer at the hospital. They placed her under a large cross, at the feet of Jesus, with her head resting on a silk pillow. There was to be no viewing and her remains were to be cremated. This is just the way that they treat loved ones. I am so happy and relieved that I found them. They are very respectful and professional. I felt at peace and I'm sure that my mother did too. - ()

My family has always used Feggins-Feggins funeral Home because of the professional manner in which they conduct services. The caring staff and owners handle all details according to family wishes. From first contact to last, they always conduct services in an orderly, respectful way. They run a smooth and efficient operation. - ()

I have nothing but great things to say about Heath's. They have service my family for years! They make you feel at ease, and go over and beyond for your needs! I would lime to thank Matt Heath for what he did for me in my time of need with my fathers passing! I can't tell you what that meant for me! - ()

Walt is an amazing and very sympathic man. He handles everything with compassion and sympathy. He is simply amazing at putting your mind to ease and helping to walk you through what is surely to be called one of the roughest times of your life. Much love and gratitude for Byerly Lindsey Funeral home. Thanks Walt for everything. Sam and Stevana Duncan - ()

Kamienski Funeral Home has quite the reputation. First, the father hires an habitual cuss John Condrick, who underhandledly has stolen excessive finances during Pauls wrongful imprisonment for 20 years, has driven away devout clientel and key staff members such as Henry Scarpa whom were pleasureable to deal with avoiding Johns arrogance and insults to families. His longtime companion works the office and numbers and has been known to have funneled finances out of the business, along with occupying the firms property in Passaic, which housed a former location and the vehicles. John, do yourself and the profession a favor, but mostly the funeral home, resign your license and become a customer yourself. You are not wanted by the communities you have deceived for years since licensed in 1959. Give Fred Surdyka the advantage to make Kamienski Funeral Home a respected institution you have ruinated. Your absence wont be missed. - ()

The owner, Frank Patti, is an egomaniac and controlling asshole, has quite a track record fired from Lebers in 1967, indicted on embezzlement charges placed on cease/desist order from 1975 to 1981 from Volks, sells caskets for Batesville horrifying funeral directors in New Jersey and New York for 6 years and claims hes better than anyone within 300 miles. Frank, a survey was taken, you along with Peter Kulbacki, Richard Holle, Bruce VanTassel, Bart Brazinski and Scott Nimmo, voted most hated funeral directors in New Jersey. - ()

Reliable provided services for my father in September 2011. They did a fantastic job. Their service was excellent, their prices were reasonable, and my father's remains looked exactly like his picture. I would highly recommend Reliable Funeral Home to anyone seeking services for their loved one. Dr. Gloria J. Johnson - ()

The man who worked there was extremely rude to my sisters and I..even slamming the door shut to the viewing room as my sister and I were waiting for my grandmother who just lost her son. I would not recommend this funeral home. - ()

My parents passed away recently. We used stevens funeral home both times. For my fathers memorial they rushed us and cut the memorial short by 35 minutes. People showed up after we were rushed out of there... They didnt allow people to get up and speak about my father because they were in such a hurry for us to leave early. We paid ahead of time for burial of the urns... After 3 months there is still no name on the burial site, even though plaques were paid for ahead of time.... Wish we would have gone elsewhere! Very unhappy! Also the building is very small and not well set up to have a funeral. - ()

I have been to several viewings at this FH. I have been horrified at how bad the deceased looked. Whoever is preparing these bodies needs more experience/education. I was there this week for a viewing and the mother of the deceased was horrified by the appearance of her son. You are devasting families and friends by the bad prepartion of the bodies. Please do something about this. It is very sad, - ()
