Yesterday, 01/16/13 I went to the funeral of a good friend. By the end of the funeral I felt really sorry for the family. there seemed to be no sympathy or empathy by the ones who were conducting the service it was quite cold and strictly buisness like. My wife was to sing for the funeral and they lost her accompanyment CD. I will never even suggest that anyone use this funeral home. the only reason I even gave them a one rating is that they did at least get my friend buried.

They were friendly at first, but showed no attention to detail, they sent or Father's remains to the wrong address then stuck us with the bill to get his remains back, basically they said there were done and told us to call Fed Ex to pay and have them ship the remains to the correct address. When a loved one dies it is already a trying time, then when the funeral home you deal with makes it even harder with no compassion or willingness to fix there mistake it's just unimaginable. I would Not recommended anyone to use Desert memorial services if you want good compassionate correct service!

Even though it was an extremely difficult time for our family, our experience at Morton Funeral Home/Ridgewood Chapels, was extraordinary. From my first phone call with the Funeral Director, Mr. Lanza up to and including the morning at the gravesite, the Director was compassionate, professional and generated an outstanding example of what true customer service should be. Unfortunately, I did have experiences with other funeral homes during my lifetime, and they met my expectations to a degree, but I have never had such a pleasant and comfortable and dignified experience as I and my family did at the recent wake of our beloved, departed brother and uncle. Should you need these type of services, I would highly recommend Morton/Ridgewood Chapels. I would like to thank Mr. Lanza and his Staff for meeting and exceeding our expectations!

My husband died on the 19th of March....you put the 13th of March on the certificate. I tried to clear this up for the past month with no luck. Vital Statistics say you were the only people to clear this up....I have been on the phone all
