Funeral Home Reviews
Morrisville, Pennsylvania
My family had a terrible experience at the J Allen Hooper Funeral Home. Calls and e-mails were rarely returned, even to answer the most simple questions. The person helping us actually complained to us that he was overworked. My grandmother looked terrible at the viewing and the makeup was literally cracking off of her hands. I know it was not "her" but we ended up deciding to close the casket because they did such a terrible job. I would avoid this one at all costs.

you will be very pleased with Frank and his family and threatment you get at a time in your life when you need it the most, their attention to detail takes the biggest burden off your shoulders, Frank has taken care of all of our family funerals and exactly for the reasons stated above, i didn't think it could be any better but now with his son in the business with him i see this family headed for generations to come, thank you Frank for helping my family , the burdens taken off our family were immense God Bless you and your family. Dealing with CR and his crew is like dealing with a bunch of poorly trained monkeys. My father died very suddenly, without any true preparation in funerary matters. So you'd think that Piatt&Barnhill would take the opportunity to do the best job they could. They didn't. Created by CR and his terrible toupee our questions were greeted by a series of bumbling "uhs" and "I don't know". If my father's body wasn't already in transit I would have walked out then and know now what I do, I should have. But that was only the beginning. After countless clerical errors on the death certificates, they refused to mail them to us. Demanding that we stop in and pick them up. For being in the business of helping alleviate stress and work during a time of grief theses people, they fail immensely.

I have nothing but great things to say about Heath's. They have service my family for years! They make you feel at ease, and go over and beyond for your needs! I would lime to thank Matt Heath for what he did for me in my time of need with my fathers passing! I can't tell you what that meant for me!

Tacky and tasteless. Asked for payment up front while were 150 miles out by car (we didn't know this when we started out on our trip) At graveside in front of priest even, claimed that casket was cheaper veneer version than used for another family member although the funeral home that embalmed the deceased cited model numbers were exact and the price had not changed in 9 years (that means Henney overcharged us 9 years ago). Would NEVER recommend this group.
