Did service for a close relative at there new location near warrensville,Ohio. Building is nice and clean, but disappointed on employees followed up with family about further business once my loved one was in the ground and all checks cashed. They could do a lot better with their customer service.

Mr. McIntyre & his staff provided outstanding service for the loss of my loved one. They went above and beyond to meet our every need. They were able to work within our budget and still maintain the services we were looking for.

Mark and everyone else at Adams did a real good job on putting together the service and even set up a Military Honors service at Dayton National Cemetery for my father. He even assisted me with ways to receive financial support at the VA. Thanks Adams Funeral Home.
