I am so unpleased with this company just as well as the preparation of my mother. The did not prepare her at all based on the information i found out in regards to embalming, just as well as their unprofessionalism in regards to getting my mother's ashes. The receptionist, and host of others i talk too keep giving me the run around. After just having services 6/09/2012 you would think that they would show more sympathy when a family member call in regards to following up as stated with a prior call.
