Recently had an uncle pass in southern California and Hems Brothers went above and beyond in their handling of my uncles service and cremation. The lady on the phone that spoke with myself and my mother was very pleasant and helpful in providing us with all the information we needed. Even went as far as too call my mother and let her know her flowers had arrived in time for the service. Would highly recommend them in anyone's time of need. 5 Star. I did not catch the young ladies name but she should deserves a raise. Thanks again!

Sorry to say this is not the best of services. No one answers the phone to pick up the departed. Real nice when you paid up front. Sorry Charlie. Come back when you can...

I recently had to make arrangements for my aunt, he tried to give me a huge run around for 3 weeks, an experience of grief that i wish never to experience again.
