In reply to Joe Browne's complaint---Joe--We are sorry that you feel this way and understand your being upset. However, a funeral director can only advise a family on closing a casket. We cannot force a family to say yes to a closed casket. We are not ashamed of our work-we go farther than most would. We advise a family, but CANNOT force them to make a decision. We do what the family asks us to do after we have made our recommendations. We hope that your heart can rest in the fact that Tim is at peace.

Foley did my friend Tim Hearn in July 2010 and it was the worst ever .
He should have never let the casket be open .

Beware of giving credit to the Deborah L Wilson Funeral Home, She has promised to pay her casket bill of $3745.93 for six months. No More excuses Debbie pay your bill.

Avoid this place if you can. My sister-in-law used this place and wow, they don t know what they are doing. She went in to make arrangements and they took her into the embalming room to look for something!!! Unprofessional. As the funeral ended at the cemetery, the funeral director handed her the bill and went over the charges!! This should have waited. Come on, right after she buried her dad. UNPROFESSIONAL!. Then to top it off, the death certificate was filled out incorrectly. Copies had been made and distributed to several agencies. Then it was discovered the SS number had been her mothers!! WOW talk about incompetence. They need to take a course on dealing with customers and how to run a funeral home. Go to Reed City instead.
