I have been to several viewings at this FH. I have been horrified at how bad the deceased looked. Whoever is preparing these bodies needs more experience/education. I was there this week for a viewing and the mother of the deceased was horrified by the appearance of her son. You are devasting families and friends by the bad prepartion of the bodies.
